Shipping and Delivery Policy
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Retail Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States over $130 qualify for free shipping.
- Wholesale Customers: All orders with delivery in the United States over $1,000 qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout for orders that meet the specified thresholds. All delivery locations outside of the United States will not receive free shipping. Shipping rates for international orders will be determined at checkout.
Flat Fee for Shipping
- Both Retail and Wholesale Customers: Orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds will incur a flat shipping fee. This fee will be added to the total order cost during checkout.
- Order Combination: Orders cannot be combined once they have been placed to meet the free shipping threshold.
Standard Shipping
- Processing Time: All standard non-expedited orders will be processed and shipped within 5–10 business days from the order placement date, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Expedited Shipping
- Order Fulfillment:
- Processing Time: All expedited orders will be processed within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. This means our team will prepare and package your order to ensure it is ready for shipment within this timeframe.
- Business Days: Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Shipping Time:
- Carrier Shipping Time: Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, it will take an additional 3 business days for delivery. The expedited shipping service guarantees that your package will arrive within this timeframe from the date it leaves our facility.
- Delivery Locations: Expedited shipping is available for all domestic orders. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for specific shipping times and availability.
Important Information
- Shipping Methods: All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.
- Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet the outlined processing and shipping times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
- Peak/Holiday Seasons: During peak/holiday seasons, shipping may be slower than expected. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] only in the event that your order is substantially delayed.
- Epidemic and Public Health Related Delays: Shipping and delivery schedules may be affected by epidemic prevention policies, public health emergencies, quarantine restrictions and other related force majeure factors. We will not be held responsible for any logistics delays caused by epidemic control, regional lockdowns or relevant policy adjustments.
